Day 2 : 'Wan Chan' legs

Actually i want to blog everyday one.. but really cannot lar.. Hahahah!

Although today is just only the second day of the training but every one is already gg-fied especially me...

We have centralised training for monday, wednesday and thursday. Centralised training, we had to run 5 rounds around the football field at 3 in the afternoon yesterday and this morning(guys and girls the same), and also physical training led my Azlan this evening. 5 rounds of the football field is really nuts for me.. Sucky stamina!!

Besides the centralised training, we also have our own bball trainings, both physical and skills. Imagine that! Most of the physical training emphasied on the legs and also stamina... You really cannot imagine how 'wan chan' we can be.. Sit ups, push ups, Jumpings, hoppings, running, sprinting, suicides!!! ARGH!!! Really suicidal! >.<

My legs are practically killing me now.. Walking like jelly dy... XD Stand up, sit down, climb stairs also got problem weh... Its been soo long that my muscles have not been this wasted before.. But on the bright side, this is actually preparing myself to go for expedition.. Don nid extra stamina already... Hahahahah!!!
