Assignments!!

Well... My week this week will be packed with my assignments... I can't go for ZOORIFFIC!! But on the other hand I am going welding in Shah Alam this Sat... That is the only thing that makes me feel happy and look forward to this weekend... =)

ARGH!!!! I am going crazy... Someone kill me so that I don have to do this buggers... >.<

By the way, wish me luck in my presentation later today... I am so gonna die.... D=

Just came back from Raleigh Asia Regional Conference yesterday. Because of that, I had a rockin' weekend. What was the most awesome thing is that I get to meet Raleigh-ians from Singapore, HK, UK, China, Sabah and also Phillipines. Through the conference, I get to know what these support group or base are doing in thier country. Being there is fun + cool + eye opening. I had fun staying there preparing for the ARC, helping out in clearing the place, being chased due to time constrain. XD Till now, I still have images in my head about the conference. My feelings cannot be expressed through mere words. I think some people who had been there would understand what I meant. ^^

Nov Monthly Meet - Kayaking!!

As we are creeping into Nov, it means that Raleigh will be having their monthly meeting again. This month, we went kayaking at where the 'Eye of Malaysia' was. Yes, it is at Titiwangsa lake!! Never been there before... That was my first time there.... XD I must say that the Titiwangsa lake was quite a pleasant place despite the carnival and all the other ppl jogging there...

It was my first time kayaking too... Actually I had lots of first times in Raleigh.. ^^ People who is reading this should come and join in... Aiks... (SS-ing) Anyway.... kayaking was really fun, although my shoulder blades ache the next day (basketball 3 on 3 comp). I had one heck of an experience, like... carrying the heavy thing, kayaking in a lake full of algae, trying very hard to line up in one line in the kayak, ending up in a very nice curve ^^, getting splashed with paddles, drifting in the kayak, turning in circles, showing very weird ok signs, colliding with random kayaks, keeping this list going on... Asides from that, I am proud of myself cause my kayak did not capsize as a first timer... =) Though there were few occurances of near capsizing... Aiks...

Coming back to the monthly meet, the 3 teams from the Oct IW are having progress with their PIWP, which is good news!! One of them are even doing Zooriffic, I have yet to join one... =D Besides the PIWP coming up, there is also the Raleigh Asia Regional Conference which is going to be held on the 22nd & 23rd Nov at IYC, Cheras. There will be support groups from Sabah, Singapore, UK, HK, China coming to this event. Want to know more bout what is going on?? Mechanical workshop RULEZ!!

As many of you might not know, I am currently studying Mechanical Engineering. Yes, you got me right... Mechanical Engineering.. HAHAHA!!!

Anyway, although some say it is tough but I think it is fun... No doubt it needs lots of understanding but, when it comes to the workshop, you will see it a different way.. ^^

This is actually milled and drilled from an aluminum square block. Imagine a squarish thingy, which is not flat and not shiny has been made into something above..

Busy!

I can actually anticipate that I will be really really busy for the coming month/weeks.... Assignments are starting to pile in and nearing the deadline.. Have to work on the stuff already... No more dota with Pei Wern, James, Gary, Wei Mein and gang already.. =( No more frequent late night mamak sessions........... That is so sad.. But what to do, study is more important lor..

Besides that, I still have frisbee, basketball, CF and Raleigh!!! Sounds unmanagable with the given workload already.. I believe in myself that I can cope with all of these, minus the constant nagging/reminder by mom to study despite of whatever I do.. >.<
