The End

When you see this, it means that I have finally fought over the emo Shi Wei! YAY! No more emo emo, whinny whinny me dy! =)

Words of support have saved me from drowning in my own sorrows. Words of wisdom have shown me light unto my path which is lying in front of me.. Thank you all! This gift is better than any other thing else! =D

Looking back into the past had made me realise that times had changed. Lingering into them would not do any good, instead it would bring you down and under. Learn your lesson from the past --- yes. Keep the lesson learnt deep inside your heart but forget about the past and look into the future. The future has better things ahead. =)

After all this while, I have grown from a little ant into something bigger, slightly bigger... I see the bigger picture of things and not see the puddle of water as the ocean.. (Hahaha! This actually reminds me of Spore!)

I will continue being the pillar of support no matter how heavy the load. The heavier it is, the stronger I get! Compressible material!!!

I also bid you farewell, my dear little amphibian! You have proven to be a great company but its time for you to return to the great nature.. =)

PPL!! Brace yourselves for I have returned...... Wahahaha!!! =D

Disappointment

It all started on a Tuesday evening... It was just like another day of training. We finally found someone to play with.. A bunch of guys that were just coincidentally there.. So, we asked to play with them..

Deal!!

We got to our positions.. I was trying out the things that Bona told me in the morning, trying my best to fight for the rebound... I ran in under the ring to prepare to jump and catch the ball as the point guard shoots.. Then, the most unfortunate happens.. I tripped and fell.. Heard a 'crack' sound.. I just sat at the spot that I fell... I could not get up without help, needed support to walk.. They moved me to the side so that the game could be carried on.. The ankle by that time was already swollen... We all thought it was just minor injury so didn't bother much, had ice packed that's all, didn't even want to inform my mom to lessen her worries..

The next morning, nothing could be done, the ankle is still swollen and it still hurts. I finally decided to call up my sis for help.. All my basketball teammates were super awesome ppl.. They took care of me and helped in all the ways that I needed help.. Sher Ling gave up Mines and sent me back to KL, met up with my sis..

Sis took me to a sports specialist to have a look at my injury.. Took x-ray and ultrasound.. Found out the horrible truth behind the injury... It's a stage 3 sprain which consists of a partial torn and full torn ligament... The doctor said I needed 6 weeks to a fully heal ligament....... Lots of things were running through my head at that time...

My basketball game how? My expedition how? My movie day how? My hiking trips how?

The doctor wanted to do a plaster on me but I kinda refuse and wanted a 2nd consultation.. Later called mom up.. It was then later arranged that I have to go back to Ipoh the next day.. Sis have to take another half day leave to get me back to Ipoh...

Told my captain that I couldn't make it to the Tri notts games.. She was so disappointed.. I could even feel it through the tone of her voice..

I felt so miserable then.. Nothing can be done.. Ppl around me have to help me this, help me that.. I have to let so many ppl down and ffk their plans.... I felt so troublesome to all the ppl.... I hate that feeling.. I really would want to do all the things all by myself..

Came back to Ipoh, went for the 2nd consultation, this time was worse, the doctor says, the ligaments need 1 month to grow back, 2nd month for it grow strong and the 3rd month for it to be stable and return to my normal activities.. And for the best healing method is to plaster my leg.. At that time, my feelings was undescribable... I really dunno what to say to the doctor, I want to refuse and at the same time have to think of advantages of plastering it.. I was so furstrated and disappointed...

First it was my phone and then now this.. All the things that I have been looking forward to do, the only motivation during my exams to keep me going has just vanished in a split second...

PS: I hope you read this and try to understand how I felt although I know you are also very disappointed of what happened despite all the sorrys I have said..

Day 2 : 'Wan Chan' legs

Actually i want to blog everyday one.. but really cannot lar.. Hahahah!

Although today is just only the second day of the training but every one is already gg-fied especially me...

We have centralised training for monday, wednesday and thursday. Centralised training, we had to run 5 rounds around the football field at 3 in the afternoon yesterday and this morning(guys and girls the same), and also physical training led my Azlan this evening. 5 rounds of the football field is really nuts for me.. Sucky stamina!!

Besides the centralised training, we also have our own bball trainings, both physical and skills. Imagine that! Most of the physical training emphasied on the legs and also stamina... You really cannot imagine how 'wan chan' we can be.. Sit ups, push ups, Jumpings, hoppings, running, sprinting, suicides!!! ARGH!!! Really suicidal! >.<

My legs are practically killing me now.. Walking like jelly dy... XD Stand up, sit down, climb stairs also got problem weh... Its been soo long that my muscles have not been this wasted before.. But on the bright side, this is actually preparing myself to go for expedition.. Don nid extra stamina already... Hahahahah!!!

Signing off to bed...

Life is short, take your time.

At a glance of the title, some may say that it is a paradox. Since life is so short, we shouldn't take our own sweet time but come to think of it, we really should take our time enjoying the most out of our lives.

What made me realise it even more was because there was an accident right my uni. It was really a tragic accident. 2 person was in the car and both are students. It was just like any other normal day. They went to Broga for lunch with the whole bunch of friends. Alas, the driver was speeding along the broad and straight when coming back to uni to commence studying for the exam. Little did he expect that he would not manage to drift through the almost 90 degrees corner just outside the uni.. Maybe he had done this numerous times but... Result was that the car skidded towards the divider, flipped and crashed. The passenger who was without the seatbelt flew out of the car and died on the spot. Both of the parties were to be blamed for this tragic incident.

My main point here is to state that life is so unpredictable. You cannnot see what is up ahead, unexpected things happen everyday. You might die the next minute.. Unexpected.. Unavoidable.. Thus, life is short..

Appreciate whatever you have now. Be it good or bad, happy or sad, angst or emo... I learn from ppl : 'Everything happen for its own reason. God made it happen so we can learn and see the lesson behind it.' Appreciate the ppl around you. They are there for a reason too. They are closest to you besides your family. The truest bunch will come to your aid in whatever circumstances. Treasure them. You won't know when you might lose them..

Forgive the ppl of what they have did wrong as you would want other ppl to forgive you as well. No one is perfect. Just a little compromisation and patience is needed.

So, take your time to enjoy every bits and pieces of your life.. Every single minute of life are the bitter sweet memories of the future..

Ps: The title is actually a quote from one of my uni friends.. The one who knows, will know.. Hahaha!
